Orders will be despatched within 24 hours of receipt of payment.

Please note this is Monday-Friday only, as Saturday & Sunday are not working days.

You will receive a tracking number from our courier when your order is despatched.

We offer the following delivery options

• up to 0.200g  (£2.99)
• .0.200 g up to 6 kg (£4.99)

DELIVERY/RETURN TERMS

We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. You will need to cover the cost of shipping the return to us. Once we have received the product back & we have inspected it for damage, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, and in its original packaging.  We will then process your refund, minus our original shipping costs.

If your parcel gets returned to us due to nobody being home / you not arranging a pick up or redelivery, or incorrect address you will be refunded for the items, minus a £10 charge for returned parcels & your postage. 

LOCAL DELIVERY/COLLECTION

We offer free local delivery within 5 mile radius or if you would like to collect you order, please just let us know.
